DZS Video Gallery Thumbnails not displaying

I just purchased this plugin and imported have the videos set up but the video thumbnails are not displaying. Thoughts on how to fix this. I've gone all over the place trying to find an answer and can't figure it out. Link to the website is below. Thanks! 

I figured out the issue, it was a plugin that I'm using https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-lazy-load/

But I still want to use this plugin because it helps load our website images a lot smoother. Any thoughts on being able to use the above plugin with with the video player.
